I am a motivated IT support candidate with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Python scripting, and network fundamentals. I completed Harvard’s CS50 (Python Certificate) and am currently building practical labs in Windows Server and cloud platforms to reinforce my skills.

I am pursuing AWS Cloud Practitioner and CCNA certifications to expand my technical foundation. My background includes user support, problem-solving, and client communication, along with prior work in social media consulting and customer-facing roles.
